Application for a permit to install an underground lawn-sprinkling system shall be made to the inspection services division on an application form prepared by the division.  The applicant shall be registered with the state of Iowa as required by chapter 91C, Iowa Code, and shall have on file in the inspection services division a surety bond as required by Section 20.15.210.  The application shall indicate the name of the holder of a plumbing contractor's license doing the water supply piping from the water system.  (Ord. 96/U-4123, 90/T-9324)
