Section 20.20.020 Exemption from city regulations.

The following structures and systems are exempt from this ordinance:

1. Federally-owned buildings;

2. State-owned buildings;

3. Public utilities-owned systems;

4. US Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) certified manufactured and modular buildings; and

5. Manufacturing or testing of mechanical heating, ventilating and air conditioning fixtures or equipment in factories. (Ord. 2000-9735; 90/T-9325)
