Section 20.20.070 Prohibited activity.

The mechanical inspector shall not engage directly or indirectly in the sale, furnishing, installation or maintenance of mechanical equipment, nor shall the inspector have financial interest in any concern engaged in such business in the city and violations of the provisions of this section shall be good and sufficient cause for disciplinary action.
