Chapter 20.20 MECHANICAL CODE
Section 20.20.140 Applicability to red-tagged buildings.
1. A building which has become unfit or unsafe to occupy, due to mechanical
hazards or defects, may be
red-tagged.
2. A building which has been red-tagged due to mechanical defects must be brought
into full compliance
with the current codes.
3. Red-tagged buildings are subject to the procedures set forth in Chapter 20.06,
Dangerous and
Dilapidated Structures. (Ord. 2000-9735)
