Section 20.20.155 Amendments and Deletions.

The following sections and subsections appearing in both the 2006 International Mechanical Code and 2006 International Fuel Gas Code shall be amended or deleted from the code as follows:

1. Section 101.1 Title - “Name of Jurisdiction” shall be replaced with “City of Sioux City, Iowa”.

2. Section 103 Department of Inspections - is hereby deleted.

3. Section 106.5 Fees and subsections 106.5.1, 106.5.2, 106.5.3 - are hereby deleted.

4. Section 108.4 Violation Penalties – is hereby deleted.

5. Section 108.5 Stop Work Orders – is hereby deleted.

6. Section 109 Means of Appeal - is hereby deleted.

7. All references to the “International Plumbing Code” shall be replaced with “Adopted Plumbing Code”.

8. All references to the “ICC Electrical Code” shall be replaced with “Adopted Electrical Code”. (Ord. 2007-0700)
