Chapter 20.20 MECHANICAL CODE
Section 20.20.160 Mechanical permit fee schedule.
1. Mechanical permits shall be issued to licensed mechanical contractors only.
2. Commercial mechanical permit when not issued in conjunction with building
permit:
Base permit fee (includes 1 inspection) $ 85
Plan review fee (cost for first one-half hour) $ 30
Total permit fee $115
3. Residential mechanical permit when not issued in conjunction with building
permit:
Base permit fee (includes 1 inspection) $85
Total permit fee $85
4. Additional inspection fee for above permits when required $55
per inspection
5. Additional plan review fee for above permits when required $55
per hour
