Chapter 20.20 MECHANICAL CODE
Section 20.20.183 License required.
1. No person or entity shall represent himself as engaging in the business of
doing mechanical work,
perform any mechanical work or advertise that he does or can do mechanical work for any other person
or
entity, unless such person has first obtained from the city a mechanical contractor’ s license
as required by
this chapter.
2. No person shall perform any mechanical work for any other person or entity
unless such person is a
documented employee of a licensed mechanical contractor. (Ord. 2000-9735)
