Section 20.28.110 Applicability to existing buildings.

All existing buildings, except those exempted by sections 20.28.020 and 20.28.090 are required to comply with all provisions of this code. The manager and inspectors are authorized to enter any commercial or industrial building at any reasonable time to determine the type and capacity of any boiler or ammonia refrigeration plants and to determine the presence of appropriately licensed engineers, as required by this ordinance.
