1. No person shall engage in the business of building moving unless and until he has obtained a license therefor.

    2. To obtain a license the applicant shall first file an approved bond and proof of insurance as required by this chapter and file an application in writing on a prescribed form as furnished by the building inspector.

    3. The application for a license shall show the applicant's qualifications, experience, type of equipment to be used, and any other relevant data pertaining to the applicant's ability to properly perform the work of a building mover.

    4. The annual fee for a license  as a building mover shall be $200.00 and the license shall expire on June 1 of each year.  This fee shall be non-refundable.

    5. This license shall be nontransferable.  (Ord. 89/T-7553; 85/T-3873).
