1. An application for a building moving permit shall be made in writing on forms provided by the building inspector and must be filed in the office of the building inspector.

    2. Contents. The application shall set forth:

            a. A description of the building proposed to be moved, giving street number, construction material and measurements;

            b. A legal description of the lot from where the building is being moved giving the lot, block, and addition it is located in the city.

            c. A legal description of the lot where it is proposed the building be moved, giving the lot, block, and addition it is located in the city;

            d. The portion of the lot to be occupied by the building when moved, as shown by an accompanying plot plan;

            e. The route along which the building is proposed to be moved and a map of the proposed route;

            f. Proposed moving date and hours;

            g. Any additional information which the building inspector shall find necessary to a fair determination of whether a permit should be issued.  (Ord. 85/T-3873).
