1. Before issuance of the building moving permit, it shall be the duty of the building mover to notify all franchisees affected stating the time, the date, and the route over which the house shall be moved.  The house mover shall then file with his application consents to the routing, time, and date by the appropriate franchisees.

    2. It shall then be the duty of the building inspector to instruct any such franchisee to temporarily rearrange any of their properties necessary to permit the passage of any building or structure upon, over, along, or across any street of an agreed upon route.  No franchisee shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with said notice by the building inspector after the establishment of an agreed upon route.

    3. The building mover shall be responsible for the expense incurred by the removal and subsequent replacement of utility wire, poles or other supports of same.  (Ord. 84/T-3873).
