Section 20.40.080 Duties of the building inspector.

    The building inspector shall refuse to issue a permit if he finds:
    1. That any application requirement or any fee or deposit requirement has not been complied with;
    2. That zoning or other ordinances would be violated by the building in its new location;
    3. Persons or property in the city would be unreasonably endangered or damaged by the moving of the building.  (Ord. 85/T-3873).
