Section 20.40.110 Permit fees.

    1. Each building mover shall pay a permit fee of twenty-five dollars for a structure of five hundred square feet or less and a fifty dollar permit fee for a structure of more than five hundred square feet, as calculated from the outside dimensions of the entire structure.  This fee shall be paid at the time the application is filed at the office of the building inspector.  The determination of value or valuations under any other provisions of this chapter shall be made by the chief building official or his designated representative.  The fees filed with the application are not refundable.
    2. If the building mover enters public property prior to obtaining a permit, the fee specified shall be doubled.  The payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of this chapter nor from any other penalties prescribed in this chapter.  (Ord. 85/T-3873).
