Section 22.04.030 Recreational vehicle park.

"Recreational Vehicle Park" means any site, lot, field, or tract of land located in a district permitted under the Zoning Ordinance, designed, maintained, or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or an accommodation of a recreational vehicle or recreational vehicles, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the facilities of the park. Lots or areas where recreational vehicles are displayed for sale purposes and which are not occupied as living quarters shall not be construed as recreational vehicle parks. (Ord. 90/T-8266)
