Section 22.04.045 Mobile home park.

"Mobile Home Park" means a tract of land that is used, designed, maintained, or held out for rent to accommodate one more more mobile homes. Mobile homes located in a mobile home park shall be used only to provide living and sleeping accommodations; a mobile home park shall not include an automobile or mobile home sales lot on which unoccupied mobile homes are parked for inspection or sale.
