Section 22.04.080 Mobile home storage permit.

"Mobile home storage permit" or "trailer storage permit" means a written permit issued by and upon the authority of the city, its city council, or other duly authorized officer of the city, permitting one mobile home only as defined herein, to locate and be situated upon a lot within the corporate limits of Sioux City, if unoccupied and for storage purposes only. Not more than one mobile home may be stored under proper permit upon any residential lot and shall not occupy the front yard or side yard of the property. (Ord. S-14720, 1970)
