Section 22.04.090 Hard surface driveway.

"Hard Surface Driveway" means the entire width of every way or place of whatever nature when any part of such way or place is open to the public or all occupants of recreational vehicle park or mobile home park, as a matter of right, for purposes of vehicular traffic. The way or place shall be constructed of concrete, asphalt or brick. In the event it is necessary to construct a bridge in the recreational vehicle park or mobile home park, the bridge floor may be made of any of the above or steel or wood. (Ord. 90/T-8266)
