Chapter 22.12 PREMISES, DRIVEWAYS, PARKING RESTRICTIONS
Section 22.12.025 Off-Street Parking Requirements.
1. All mobile homes shall be provided one off-street parking space for the sole
use of the
occupants of that mobile home. A parking space on an interior street of a mobile home park does
not satisfy this requirement.
2. All off-street parking spaces provided for a mobile home shall be paved with
concrete or
asphalt.
3. All mobile homes shall be brought into compliance with the provisions of
this section
within one year of the effective date of this ordinance. (Ord. 93/U-1424)
