Section 22.12.030 Water Supply.

1. All recreational vehicle parks and mobile home parks shall maintain an adequate supply of potable water obtained from the water system of the City, and must at all times be furnished to each recreational vehicle or mobile home parked therein in sufficient quantities to meet all the requirements of the recreational vehicle or mobile home. The water supply shall be connected to the individual recreational vehicle or mobile home in such manner as approved by the Plumbing Inspector, and all plumbing attachments thereof shall comply with the rules and regulations of the City, governing the installation of plumbing.

2. A constant flow of hot water at a temperature of at least 140 and cold water shall be provided at all times in lavatories, bathing facilities, washing, and laundry houses connected with the mobile home park or recreational vehicle park in sufficient quantities to satisfy the just and reasonable needs of the occupants thereof.
