Section 22.12.050 Wastes and Garbage Disposal.

1. All wastes from showers, toilets, laundries, faucets, lavatories from service buildings, mobile homes, and recreational vehicles shall be discharged into the City sewer system. It is unlawful to permit basins or other plumbing fixtures in the park, mobile homes, or recreational vehicles to be deposited upon the surface of the ground. The use of septic tanks or cesspools for mobile home parks or recreational vehicle parks is specifically prohibited.

2. Garbage cans shall be furnished as provided above and arrangements for the disposal of the garbage shall be in such a manner as shall be approved by the Director of Inspection Services or his designee. (Ord. 90/T-8267)
