Section 22.12.070 Location of Recreational Vehicle Parks or Mobile Home Parks.

It is unlawful for any person to establish, maintain, conduct or otherwise operate within the corporate limits of the City any recreational vehicle park or mobile home park unless such person shall first obtain an occupancy permit for the use of the described area as provided by the Zoning Chapters of the City.
