Section 22.12.080 Mobile Homes Prohibited in Floodable Areas.

No mobile home or mobile home park shall be located for purposes of occupancy in any floodable area as defined by the Flood Insurance Study issued by the Federal Insurance Administration or any other known floodable area as designated by the City. (Ord. 90/T-8267)
