Section 22.28.030 Parking of an Occupied Recreational Vehicle or Mobile Home on a Sales Lot.

One mobile home or recreational vehicle may be occupied in each recreational vehicle or mobile home sales lot for demonstration purposes or office use, provided that it meets the requirements of this title pertaining to sanitary facilities of mobile home parks or recreational vehicle parks exclusive of service building requirements. All other recreational vehicles or mobile homes on sales lots must be and remain unoccupied for habitable purposes. (Ord. 90/T-8267)
