Section 22.32.010 Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the Manager of Inspection Services Division or his designee to enforce the provisions of this title, and for the purpose of securing enforcement thereof, the Manager of Inspection Services Division, or his duly authorized representative, shall have the right and is hereby authorized and empowered to enter upon the premises of any mobile home park or mobile home, recreational vehicle park or recreational vehicle now or hereafter established or located within the city for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this title.
