Section 25.02.045 Applicability - Existing uses of right to conditional uses.

Any existing structure or use established as of right under any previous regulations in which is listed as a conditional use under this title shall be a lawful conditional use upon the adoption of this title. Such conditional use status is subject to Sections 25.12.370 and 25.98.050-4. (Ord. 88/T-6634)
