Chapter 25.02 TITLE, PURPOSE, APPLICABILITY, ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Section 25.02.070 Applicability - Provisions declared invalid.
The several provisions of this title shall be separable in accordance with the following rules:
1. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall find any provision of this title
to be invalid, such
judgment shall not affect any other provisions of this title.
2. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall find invalid the application
of any provision of
this title to a particular property, building or structure, such judgment shall not affect the
application of the said provision to any other property, building or structure. (Ord. S-30424,
