Section 25.03.010 Authority and title.

Pursuant to the authority of the Home Rule Amendment to the Iowa Constitution and Chapter 414 of the 1999 Code of Iowa, the city council of the City of Sioux City, Iowa, enacts this ordinance which shall be known as and may be cited as the "Stockyards Interim Development Ordinance of Sioux City, Iowa."
