Section 25.06.112 Chairman and vice-chairman.

The members of the board of adjustment shall annually elect one of their number as chairman, to preside at all meetings and hearings and to fulfill the customary functions of that office, and another of their number as vice-chairman. The chairman and vice-chairman may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses.
    In the absence of the chairman, the vice-chairman shall act as chairman and shall have all of the powers of the chairman. The vice-chairman shall have such other powers and duties as may from time to time be provided by the rules of the board.  (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
