Chapter 25.06 ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES
Section 25.06.212 Chairperson and vice-chairperson.
The members of the commission shall annually elect one of their number as chairperson, to
preside at all meetings and hearings and to fulfill the customary functions of that office, and
another of their number as vice-chairperson.
In the absence of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson shall act as chairperson
and shall have
all the powers of the chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall have such other powers and duties
as may from time to time be provided by the rules of the commission. (Ord. 91/T-10055)
