Section 25.06.230 Time limitations on commission review.

In the event the planning and zoning commission shall fail to file a recommendation upon any matter as required herein within forty-five days, or such longer time as may be agreed to by the council, after filing of such matter with the commission, the city council may dispose of the matter without a recommendation on the matter from the commission.
