Chapter 25.10 CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Section 25.10.010 Authority.
1. The inspection services manager or his duly authorized delegate shall have
authority to
issue certificates of occupancy, but only in accordance with the provisions of this title and the
provisions of the Sioux City building code.
2. The zoning administrator or his duly authorized delegate shall have authority
to issue
certificates of zoning compliance, but only in accordance with the provisions of this title. (Ord.
