Chapter 25.12 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
Section 25.12.1020 Filing.
1. A minor modification application may be submitted by the owner of record
as shown on the
records of the county auditor.
2. Form of application. The application for a minor modification in a form required
by the
zoning administrator must contain sufficient site plans and other exhibits as appropriate to
illustrate the request.
3. Fee. A nonrefundable filing fee, as established by resolution of the
city council to defray
administrative costs, shall accompany the application for a minor modification. (Ord. 99-8572)
