Section 25.12.150 Affidavit of compliance with conditions.

Whenever any amendment to the zoning code authorized pursuant to this chapter is made subject to conditions to be met by the applicant, the applicant shall upon meeting such conditions file an affidavit with the zoning administrator so stating. The petitioner shall have two (2) years from the date of approval to complete any necessary construction and submit the affidavit of compliance with conditions. Such affidavit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee, as established from time to time by the city council, to help defray the cost of an inspection to verify that such conditions have been met. Failure to submit the affidavit of compliance with conditions within the stated timeframe will revoke the original request. (Ord. 2007-0526)
