Section 25.12.202 Authority.

The official zoning map may be amended from time to time, by ordinance duly enacted by the city council, to provide for planned development zones and modified residential zones; provided, however, that no such amendment shall be enacted except in accordance with procedures herein established and the applicable standards and regulations established by Chapter 25.74 of this title in the case of planned developments and by Chapter 25.46 of this title in the case of modified residential zones.
