Section 25.12.212 Inspections during development.

    1. Action by the Manager of Building Inspections Division. If the director finds that the development is not proceeding with construction according to the approved planned development site plan he shall notify the city council of such fact.
    2. Action by City Council. Within thirty days of such notice, the council shall either:
        a. Revoke, by resolution, the planned development site plan approval and direct the planning director to initiate appropriate amendment procedures to return the affected area of the development to an appropriate zoning classification; or
        b. Shall take such steps as it shall deem necessary to compel compliance with the planned development site plan as approved; or
        c. Shall require the owner or applicant to seek an amendment of the planned development site plan.  (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
