Section 25.12.220 Previously mapped planned developments.

Land appearing on the official zoning map as a planned development overlay zone at the time of the adoption of this title shall be treated as follows:

1. All planned developments upon which construction is complete or in progress shall maintain their planned development status and shall be governed by the provisions of the development plan as adopted, unless expressly repealed or modified by the council under the provisions of Subchapter I of Chapter 25.12 of this title.

2. If the site plan and any other requirements for a planned development have received final council approval, the rights conferred upon the applicant shall not be disturbed for one year. If construction has not commenced within such time, the council may require the resubmission of the site plan in conformity with the standards and procedures of this title.

3. If no site plan has been filed, the provisions of this title shall apply; provided, however, that the applicant shall have the option of using the short form procedure set forth in Section 25.12.208. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
