Section 25.12.310 Authority.

As a matter of its original jurisdiction, the board of adjustment may, subject to the procedures, standards and limitations hereinafter set out, approve the issuance of permits authorizing development of uses listed in Section 25.12.350-1 below as conditional uses. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
