Section 25.12.354 Conditions on conditional uses.

The board of adjustment may impose such conditions upon the premises benefitted by a permit for a conditional use as may be necessary to prevent or minimize adverse effects therefrom upon other property in the neighborhood; provided, however, that such conditions shall not be used as a device to grant a permit for a conditional use which is intended to be temporary in nature. Such conditions shall be expressly set forth in the resolution authorizing the conditional use and in the permit therefor. Violation of such conditions shall be a violation of this title. (Ord.
