Section 25.12.430 Definition of "proposed interchange."

For the purposes of this Subchapter IV, a "proposed interchange" shall mean any interchange between limited access and other routes within the city of Sioux City which is now or shall, at the time of any such application, be under design by the Iowa Department of Transportation or the city of Sioux City.
