Section 25.12.510 Authority.

As a matter of its original jurisdiction the board of adjustment may, subject to the procedures, standards and time limitations hereinafter set out, approve the issuance of permits authorizing development of uses listed meeting the standards set forth in Section 25.12.550 as temporary uses.
