Section 25.12.570 Conditions on temporary uses.

    1. No temporary use permit shall be issued for a period to exceed two years; provided, however, that such temporary use permit may be renewed for additional periods not to exceed two years each, after a notice and public  hearing  and a finding that conditions have not changed sufficiently to warrant denial of such a renewal.
    2. No property owner, or owner of other interest in the land, shall have a vested right in the renewal of any temporary use permit.
    3. The board of adjustment may impose such conditions upon the premises benefitted by a permit for a temporary use, or the renewal thereof as may be necessary to prevent or minimize adverse effects therefrom upon other property in the neighborhood. Such conditions may include requirements of removal of buildings, structures and stored or waste material upon the termination of said permit. Such conditions shall be expressly set forth in the resolution authorizing the temporary use and in the permit therefor. Violation of such conditions shall be a violation of this title.  (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
