Chapter 25.12 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
Section 25.12.610 Authority.
Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 25.12.650-4 of this subchapter, the board of
adjustment may authorize such use, area, and other variances as will not be contrary to the spirit
of this title, the public safety and welfare, and substantial justice for the applicant and owners
and residents of surrounding properties. Variances may be authorized only in accordance with
the conditions enumerated in Section 25.12.650 of this subchapter, and then only in compliance
with the procedures of Section 25.12.640 of this subchapter. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
