Chapter 25.12 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
Section 25.12.810 Authority.
The board of adjustment shall hear and decide appeals from, and review orders, decisions,
determinations, or the failure to act, of the zoning administrator, and to that end it shall have the
same powers and be subject to the same standards and limitations as the zoning administrator
with respect to any order, decision or determination being appealed. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
