Section 25.26.110 Purpose.

This zone is intended to be mapped in locations not yet subject to economic pressures for conversion to urban or suburban uses. In particular, areas devoted to agriculture or not yet serviced by utilities, major streets or schools should be mapped in this zone. This zone is intended for land uses of relatively low density such as agriculture and uses which require large sites and require relatively limited investment in fixed structures. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
