Section 25.26.170 Space limits.

The space limits applicable in the AG zone are as follows:

1. Minimum lot area: Ten acres, except public parks and public utility installations which may be any practical size and except as specifically stated otherwise in the text;

2. Minimum width of lot: One hundred fifty feet;

3. Maximum height of building: Thirty-five feet;

4. Minimum front yard: Thirty-five feet;

5. Minimum rear yard: Thirty-five feet;

6. Minimum side yard: Twenty feet;

7. Minimum side yard at corner: Twenty-five feet;

8. Maximum gross floor area ratio: 0.1;

9. Maximum ground coverage including accessory buildings: Ten percent. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
