Section 25.28.030 Accessory uses and structures.

The following accessory uses and structures are permitted as of right in the RE zone:
    1. The accessory uses and structures set forth in Chapter 25.92;
    2. The following additional accessory uses and structures;
        a. Not more than one accessory building used for living quarters, when located on a portion of the lot other than a required yard space,
        b. Use of the aforesaid accessory building as living quarters for persons regularly employed on the premises; but not including use as accommodations for transient labor,
        c. Use of the aforesaid accessory building as a guest house provided that no rental is charged and such use is not conducted as a business,
        d. Private stables, corrals and paddocks when located no closer than fifty feet from a street line and no closer than forty feet from any dwelling on the same or adjoining zoning lot. No horse or other equine shall be kept on a lot of less than one acre in area and no more than two horses, or other equines may be kept on a one acre lot, but for each additional horse or other equines above two kept there shall be an additional twenty thousand square feet in lot area.  (Ord.
