Chapter 25.30 RS-120 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.30.020 Principal permitted uses.
The following principal uses are permitted as of right in the RS-120 zone: All principal uses
permitted in
the RE zone in addition churches, synagogues, chapels, and similar places of worship or instruction
may be
located on sites of less than two acres.
