Chapter 25.30 RS-120 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.30.030 Accessory uses and structures.
The following accessory uses and structures are permitted as of right in the RS-120 zone:
1. The accessory uses and structures set forth in Chapter 25.92;
2. The following additional accessory uses and structures:
a. One accessory building, used for living quarters,
when located on a portion of the lot
other than a required yard space,
b. Use of the aforesaid accessory building as living
quarters for persons regularly employed
on the premises; but not including use as accommodations for transient labor,
c. Use of the aforesaid accessory building as a guest
house, provided that no rental is
charged and such use is not conducted as a business. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
