Chapter 25.32 RS-70 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE
Section 25.32.010 Purpose.
The RS-70 single-family zone is intended to provide and maintain residential areas characterized
predominantly by owner-occupied single-family detached dwellings at increased densities while
still providing privately owned yard space. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
