Section 25.34.010 Purpose.

The RD-60 zone is intended to provide and maintain residential areas characterized predominantly by single-family detached and two-family dwelling units. Increased densities and introduction of two-family housing types are intended to provide greater housing options for owners and renters while maintaining the basic qualities of a moderate density residential neighborhood.
